Terms of Service
By installing or using ListGenie AI, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ListGenie AI ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that generates listing copy using Anthropic's Claude API. The Extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listings you publish using content generated by the Extension.
- You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any marketplace (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, etc.) you use the Extension on.
- You agree not to use the Extension to generate listings for prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods.
- If using the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) feature, you are responsible for your own Anthropic API usage and charges.
3. Paid plans
Paid plans (Pro and Team) renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
4. AI-generated content disclaimer
Content produced by the Extension is generated by an AI model. We make no guarantees about accuracy, suitability for purpose, or sales performance. You should review and edit AI-generated content before publishing.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListGenie AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, sales, or data, arising from use of the Extension.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Extension at any time for violations of these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
